Yoga has provided me a deep connection between physical expression and mental awareness. I enjoy leading classes range from gentle flows with restorative poses to powerful high intensity vinyasa practices.
I received my 200-hour yoga instructor certificate from the Garden of Zen in Yorktown and am a member of Yoga Alliance. For the past four years I have been an Athletic and Fitness Association of America instructor for group strength, high intensity interval training (HIIT), and senior strength and balance. In addition, I am a certified Body Flow instructor, which is hybrid yoga practice. I also lead yoga classes at Gloucester Yoga. My running journey has taken me from 5Ks to ultramarathons.
